Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before registering or placing any bet on bit1111. By accessing the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all terms set out below.

bit1111 is strictly available to individuals who are 18 years of age or older. Registration by, or on behalf of, any person under the age of 18 is expressly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.
Each player is permitted to hold exactly one account on bit1111. Creating duplicate, multiple, or linked accounts — whether to circumvent withdrawal limits, claim bonuses multiple times, or for any other reason — is a material breach of these Terms & Conditions.
All withdrawals are subject to identity verification (KYC). Players must submit government-issued identification and proof of payment method ownership before their first withdrawal is processed. This protects every player's funds and prevents unauthorised access.

General Terms
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and bit1111 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the bit1111 website, mobile application, and all associated services (collectively, "the Services"). By creating an account, logging in, or placing any bet or wager on bit1111, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.
These Terms apply to all products and services offered on bit1111, including but not limited to casino games, slots, live dealer games, crash games, sports betting (including cricket, football, kabaddi, and other sports), virtual sports, and any promotional or bonus offers.
bit1111 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, registered players will be notified via email at least 7 calendar days before the updated Terms take effect. Continued use of the Services after any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Players are encouraged to review these Terms periodically.

Governing Language
These Terms are written in English. In the event of any inconsistency between the English version and any translation, the English version shall prevail. All communications between bit1111 and the Player shall be conducted in English unless otherwise agreed by both parties.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found by a competent authority to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable to any extent, that provision will be severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue to be valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
Account Registration
To access the full range of services on bit1111 — including placing bets, claiming bonuses, and processing withdrawals — you must first create a registered player account. Account registration is free of charge and requires no initial deposit.
Registration Requirements
During registration, you are required to provide the following accurate and complete information:
- Full legal name as it appears on your government-issued identification document
- A valid, active email address that you own and control

Accuracy of Information
You are solely responsible for ensuring that all registration information provided is accurate, truthful, and kept up to date. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration details — including a false date of birth — is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension pending investigation, and potentially permanent closure with forfeiture of balances.
One Account Policy
Each individual player is permitted to hold exactly one active account on bit1111 at any time. This restriction applies regardless of the device, browser, IP address, payment method, or household used to access the platform. Where bit1111 identifies that a player holds or has held multiple accounts, it reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts, void any bets or bonuses associated with those accounts, and withhold any balances pending investigation.
Registering or logging in to a bit1111 account on behalf of another person is strictly prohibited. Account credentials must not be shared. bit1111 bears no responsibility for unauthorised account access resulting from a player's failure to keep their login details secure.
Identity Verification (KYC)
bit1111 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) standards. Before processing a player's first withdrawal — and at any point thereafter at the Platform's discretion — we may require submission of:
- A copy of a valid government-issued photo ID (National ID card, passport, or driving licence)
- Proof of residential address dated within the past 90 days (utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence)
- Proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits (e.g., a screenshot of your bKash or Nagad account showing your registered name and mobile number)
- A selfie holding the submitted ID document, if required for enhanced verification
Failure to complete KYC verification within 30 days of the first withdrawal request will result in the request being placed on hold. bit1111 reserves the right to close accounts where KYC documentation cannot be satisfactorily provided.
Age Restriction & Eligibility

- Not on a restriction list: You must not be subject to any court order, regulatory directive, or other legal instrument that prohibits participation in online gambling.
Registering on behalf of, or allowing access by, a person under the age of 18 is strictly prohibited. If bit1111 has reasonable grounds to suspect that a registered player is under the age of 18, the account will be suspended immediately pending age verification. Any winnings accumulated during the period of suspected underage play will be voided and withheld.

Deposits & Withdrawals
Accepted Payment Methods
bit1111 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, SureCash, Visa, and Mastercard. Payment method availability may vary from time to time. bit1111 reserves the right to add or remove supported payment methods with reasonable prior notice to affected players.
Deposits
- The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. There is no maximum deposit limit by default, although individual payment providers may impose their own transaction limits.
- Deposits are processed in real time for bKash and Nagad transfers. Processing times for card-based deposits (Visa, Mastercard) may vary.
- bit1111 does not charge any fee on deposits. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, which are your sole responsibility.
- All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will trigger an immediate account review.
- Deposited funds that have not been used in any betting activity for a period exceeding 12 consecutive months may be subject to an inactivity fee of ৳50 per calendar month. Players will be notified by email before any inactivity fee is applied.
Withdrawals
- The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
- All withdrawal requests are subject to completion of KYC verification as described in Section 2.
- Withdrawals to bKash and Nagad are typically processed within 24 hours of submission during standard operating hours (9am–10pm BST, UTC+6). Requests submitted outside these hours are processed the following business day.
- bit1111 does not impose any withdrawal fee. Payment provider charges, if any, are borne by the player.
- Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method and account used to make the most recent qualifying deposit, wherever technically possible. This policy is in place to prevent money laundering.
- bit1111 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal where the source of funds cannot be readily verified through standard KYC procedures.
Active bonus balances may affect your ability to withdraw real-money funds. Where a bonus is active on your account, you must complete the applicable wagering requirements before your real-money balance becomes fully withdrawable. Refer to Section 5 for full bonus and wagering rules.
Currency
All transactions on bit1111 are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The ৳ symbol is used throughout the platform to denote BDT amounts. bit1111 does not currently accept deposits or pay withdrawals in any foreign currency or cryptocurrency.
Bonus & Promotions Policy
bit1111 offers a variety of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published at the point of offer, as well as the general bonus policy set out in this section. In the event of any conflict, the specific bonus terms take precedence.
Welcome Bonus
New players who register and make their first qualifying deposit on bit1111 are eligible to receive a welcome bonus of up to ৳20,000. The exact bonus amount is determined by the welcome offer active at the time of registration. The welcome bonus is available to new players only — one per person, per household, per IP address, and per payment method account.
Wagering Requirements
All bonuses — including the welcome bonus, reload bonuses, free spins winnings, and cashback awards — are subject to wagering requirements before the bonus amount and any winnings derived from it can be withdrawn as real money. Wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum bet per round, maximum bet per round while a bonus is active, and the expiry period will all be clearly stated in the individual bonus terms.
- Bets placed on games that are excluded from wagering contribution do not count toward meeting the wagering requirement.
- The maximum bet allowed while a bonus is active is ৳500 per spin or per bet, unless the specific bonus terms state otherwise. Bets exceeding this limit while a bonus is active may result in the bonus and associated winnings being voided.
- Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period stated in the bonus terms. Bonuses that expire before wagering is complete will be removed from the player's account along with any associated winnings.
Bonus Abuse
bit1111 operates zero tolerance for bonus abuse. Actions constituting bonus abuse include, but are not limited to: placing low-risk or hedged bets to meet wagering requirements without genuine gameplay risk; coordinating with other players to share bonus funds; using automated software or bots to wager bonus balances; and exploiting technical errors or promotional glitches. Where bonus abuse is detected, bit1111 reserves the right to void the bonus, reverse associated winnings, and suspend or permanently close the account.
Bonuses are intended to enhance the entertainment value of the platform. Registering multiple accounts to claim a bonus more than once is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in permanent exclusion from bit1111 and forfeiture of all balances across associated accounts.
User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct
As a registered player on bit1111, you agree to use the Services only for lawful personal entertainment purposes and in strict compliance with these Terms. The following conduct is expressly prohibited:
- Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration, KYC, or any communication with bit1111 support.
- Accessing or attempting to access the accounts of other players without authorisation.
- Using automated scripts, bots, artificial intelligence tools, or any other software to interact with the Services in a manner not intended for human players.
- Attempting to exploit software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in any game, payment system, or platform feature. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a technical error are not payable and will be voided.
- Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or financial crime through the platform, including depositing funds derived from criminal activity.
- Colluding with other players in any casino game, poker game, or sports betting market to gain an unfair advantage.
- Using the platform to facilitate payments or transfers for any third party.
- Engaging in harassment, abusive language, or threatening behaviour toward bit1111 staff or other players.
- Reproducing, distributing, or publicly displaying any content from the bit1111 platform without prior written consent.
bit1111 reserves the right to monitor player activity — including betting patterns, payment history, device fingerprints, and IP addresses — to detect and investigate potential breaches of these obligations. Where a breach is confirmed, bit1111 may take any or all of the following actions: immediate account suspension, permanent account closure, forfeiture of balances, voiding of bets and bonuses, and referral to appropriate law enforcement authorities.
Account Suspension & Closure
Voluntary Closure by the Player
Any registered player may request permanent closure of their bit1111 account at any time by contacting the support team at support@bit1111. Requests must be submitted from the email address registered to the account. Upon receipt of a valid closure request, bit1111 will process the request within 5 business days. Any real-money balance remaining on the account at the time of closure will be returned to the player's verified payment method, provided all KYC requirements have been met and no active bonus wagering obligations remain outstanding.
Self-Exclusion
Players who feel that their gambling is becoming problematic may request self-exclusion from bit1111. Self-exclusion requests are processed with priority — the account will be suspended within 24 hours of the request being received. Self-exclusion periods are available for 6 months, 1 year, 3 years, or permanently. During a self-exclusion period, the player's account cannot be reactivated, no bonuses will be offered, and all marketing communications will be stopped. To request self-exclusion, contact support@bit1111 with the subject line "Self-Exclusion Request".
Closure by bit1111
bit1111 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close a player's account at its reasonable discretion, including but not limited to circumstances where:
- The player has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
- The player has provided false or fraudulent registration information.
- KYC verification cannot be completed to a satisfactory standard.
- Suspicious betting activity, bonus abuse, or evidence of collusion is detected.
- The player's account is associated with money laundering or fraud.
- The player is found to be under the age of 18.
Where an account is closed by bit1111 for reasons other than a Terms breach, any legitimate real-money balance will be returned to the player. Where closure is the result of a confirmed Terms breach, bit1111 reserves the right to withhold some or all of the balance pending investigation and, where appropriate, report the matter to relevant authorities.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bit1111, its directors, employees, agents, and technology partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in any way connected with your use of, or inability to use, the Services. This includes but is not limited to:
- Financial losses resulting from betting or wagering activities on the platform.
- Loss of data or account information resulting from technical failures beyond bit1111's reasonable control.
- Interruption or unavailability of the Services due to scheduled or emergency maintenance, server failures, or third-party outages.
- Actions taken in good faith by bit1111 in connection with the investigation of suspected fraud, bonus abuse, or Terms breaches.
- Delays in payment processing caused by third-party payment providers including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, or Mastercard.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. bit1111 makes no warranty, express or implied, that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. bit1111 does not warrant that game outcomes will meet any particular expectation of return, or that a player's experience will be unaffected by internet connectivity issues outside the platform's control.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless bit1111 and its affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses — including reasonable legal fees — arising out of or related to your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Services, your violation of any applicable law, or your infringement of any third-party rights.
